Conveyor rollers and idlers are often required to operate in harsh environments such as dirty, dusty, high humidity, and drastically high or low temperatures. Roller idler engineering is available to design a custom idler to match your specific need.

Impact Troughing Idlers are a special version of troughing idlers, providing a roll with cushioning rubber discs to lessen the belt damage due to impact from materials being loaded onto the belt. The frame is additionally reinforced to increase ridgidity.

Features

1. The bearing housing and steel tube are assembled and welded with a concentric automatic, welding machine.

2. Cuting of the steel tube and bearing is performed with the use of a digital aute device/machine/equipment.

3. Fabrication of the roller is affected by an auto device and 100% tested for its concentricity.

4. Roller and supporting components/materials are manufactured to ISO/BS/JIS/DIN//CEMA/Australia etc. standard.
