Scope of application

Ceramic Coating Advantages

1. The high wear resistance of surface ceramics is used in belt conveyor drive rollers. The special structure of the ceramics, the unique arrangement, and the special rubber structure increase the friction coefficient between the ceramics and the belt, preventing belt slippage.

2. Under the same load conditions, it can reduce the tension on the belt and extend its lifespan.

3. The wear resistance of ceramic makes the service life of the drive roller more than ten times longer than that of the original roller.
