Category and Applications

Trough idlers: Primarily used to support loose materials, widely applied in coal mines, mining, and ports. They support the conveyor belt in a channel shape, increasing the load-bearing area and stability of the materials, making them suitable for conveying situations with large inclinations

Parallel idler rollers: Primarily used for conveying packaged items, such as packaged goods and boxed products, commonly found in conveyor lines in logistics warehouses, providing stable support.

Self-aligning idler rollers: used to prevent conveyor belt misalignment, suitable for long-distance, high-incline, or uneven material conveying lines, such as long-distance conveyor belts in open-pit coal mines.

Return idler rollers: Specifically designed for the return section of the conveyor belt, they support the unloaded belt as it returns, ensuring that the belt maintains a certain shape and position during the return process, reducing friction with components like the frame, and ensuring smooth operation of the conveyor belt.
