Buffer bed is installed under the conveyor belt loading points, thus, impact bars should have the characteristic of high impact absorption and low friction.

Impact bars consist of three different parts, top cover is made of Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMW-PE). The UHMW-PE layer provides high wear resistance and low friction, which will prolong service life of impact bars. The middle layer is made of high-elasticity rubber, to absorb the impact when material falls. We use hot vulcanization method, no possibility of separation between UHMW-PE part and rubber part. T-bolt fastening system is aluminium, which enables variable fixing points throughout the length of the impact bars.

The supporting frame has three types, light-duty support frame, medium support frame and heavy duty support frame, it is decided by the loading capacity.

1. Material: Carbon steel frame, UHMWPE surface and rubber impact bed
2. Application: Td75, DTII, DTIIA, or process according to customer drawing.
3. Buffering bed with adjustable angle size: 10° , 20° , 30° , 35° and 45° , could be customized.

Advantages

1. Buffering bar material is UHMWPE, smooth surface and with good wear-resisting. Compare to rubber impact rollers with longer life time
2. The high elastic rubber in middle of buffering bar slow down the material impact force efficiently, so to protect the conveyor belt when material drops.
3. Easy installation with adjustable assembling angle. The left and right buffering bar can be adjusted to 0° for easily installation from side of conveyor.
