  Performance Overview

  Ceramic coating is a method of drum coating. Its main features are as follows:
  The surface of each ceramic rubber plate is formed by casting hundreds of individual ceramic pieces into a durable rubber plate. Each ceramic piece has raised features, and under normal conveyor belt pressure, thousands of uniquely cast raised points can generate positive traction, prevent slipping, and extend the lifespan of the conveyor belt rollers. At the same time, the elasticity of the underlying rubber provides excellent impact resistance.
  Each ceramic rubber plate has grooves spaced at regular intervals, which allow foreign matter (dust, dirt) on the roller to be discharged along the grooves, giving the roller a unique self-cleaning function, making it particularly suitable for humid working environments.

  Common Specifications
  1. The thickness of the rubber sheet is 15mm, the ceramic piece is 20*20*5, with a red semi-cured layer.

  2. The width can be adjusted according to the actual size of the customer's roller, and the length is 500mm.
