Products Description

Belt support is a critical component when conveying heavy bulk materials. The Impact Bed is designed to lie beneath the load zone where the most abusive impact occurs. It cradles the belt and provides stability and shock absorption to prevent spillage and minimize premature belt wear.

The Warrior Impact Bed stabilizes and supports the conveyor belt during loading, defending it from damage. The stiff, rigid frame and soft rubber bars of the Warrior cushion the belt and absorb impact. The result is longer belt life, eliminated spillage, and decreased O&M costs.
