Steel rollers can reach a diameter of 108mm, length of 950mm, and carry a load of 3800kg. Installation requires maintaining consistent spiral direction and bracket symmetry deviation ≤2mm. This component accounts for 35% of the total conveyor cost and directly affects equipment energy consumption and conveyor belt lifespan. Maintenance specifications require oiling every 6 months to ensure a service life of ≥20000 hours.

This roller has non-stick properties, strong self-cleaning ability, and non-stick belt characteristics. It can automatically correct conveyor belt alignment and extend belt lifespan. The double-seal design prevents corrosive media from entering, and its corrosion resistance is more than 5 times that of standard rollers. It is suitable for belt conveyors in chemical and mining industries, especially suitable for transporting sticky and wet materials.
