Steel Roller

The steel roller is a key component of a belt conveyor, mainly used to support the conveyor belt in the return section and prevent it from sagging or deviating. Return rollers can be divided into parallel return rollers and V-shaped return rollers according to their structure. The parallel return roller is usually a long roller installed at the lower end that bears pressure, called the lower roller.

The steel roller is installed on the return branch of the conveyor to support the conveyor belt that returns empty.
