Structural Composition
‌ Idler Roller Bracket ‌ Metal material provides stable support and is installed on the conveyor frame through a vertical shaft, allowing for free rotation.
‌ Rotatable vertical roller ‌ The bracket is equipped with two freely rotating vertical rollers, which are the core components that enable the alignment function.

Self-aligning principle
When the conveyor belt deviates, the edge of the belt will touch the vertical rollers, causing the roller support to rotate through friction, forming a certain angle between the roller and the conveyor belt. This utilizes relative sliding speed to realign the conveyor belt and restore its normal operating trajectory.
