Products Description

The idler rollers are driven by the friction between the conveyor belt and the idler rollers, causing the roller body, bearing housing, bearing outer ring, and seal ring to rotate, thereby achieving the transfer of materials together with the conveyor belt.

The surface of the idler roller features a wear-resistant, highly elastic, flame-retardant rubber ring that can remove fine particles or powdery materials adhered to the belt surface, effectively preventing belt misalignment caused by these materials.

Parameters

Comb-shaped idlers are mainly used in the return section of belt conveyors, and their quantity is not large. The commonly used comb-shaped idlers have comb-shaped rings arranged on both sides of the conveyor belt, with intermediate spacing between the rings.

The comb-shaped idlers are fitted with hard rubber rings, which play a significant role in preventing belt misalignment and cleaning. They are specifically used in conveyors that transport sticky materials. Comb-shaped idlers are suitable for use in mining, ports, coal, power plants, coking, and export trade.
