The service life testing of conveyor rollers is typically conducted using specialized test benches to simulate actual operating conditions and assess the lifespan of the rollers.
1. Equipment purpose: To conduct extended operation tests on the rollers to evaluate their service life duration.
2. Standard Requirements Test Method:
Install the idler rollers in a sealed test bench, adjust the tension force, and apply a test load that is 2.25 times the actual operating load that the idler rollers would experience.
The motor-driven idler operates at 3 times the actual operating speed for 5 hours, then stops for 1 hour.
During the operation of the idler rollers, compressed air at 0.5 MPa is continuously blown onto the coal powder for 5 seconds every hour.
The total operating time of the idler rollers must not be less than 600 hours, and the rollers must not stall or be damaged during operation.
3. Equipment Specifications:
Roller diameter measurement range: Ф76-Ф159mm or Ф76-Ф245mm.
Roller length measurement range: ≤1000mm.
Sensor accuracy: Level 1.
The PLC instrument software controls all the actions of the equipment.
Fully automatic dynamic load system.
The equipment is equipped with a timing device and an air compressor.
4. Complies with standards: MT821-2006 "Technical Requirements for Idlers of Belt Conveyors Used in Coal Mines" and GB/T10595-2017 "Belt Conveyors"
