  The main configurations of conveyor belt pulleys include the following aspects:

  Specifications and Models: The specifications and models of the rollers include diameter, length, bearing model, bearing seat model, etc. The length of the roller should generally not be less than 1.2 times the width of the belt.

  Drive unit combination: The drive unit includes an electric motor, reducer, coupling, etc. According to the conveyor specifications, belt speed, motor model, and power, the configured drive unit combination and assembly dimensions can be found in the design manual. If the model of the drive device selected by the designer does not match the drive device combination in the manual, the designer needs to configure the combination form themselves and calculate the assembly dimensions.

  Coupling Selection: The selection of couplings for the high-speed and low-speed shafts requires determining the shaft hole diameter and length based on the actual dimensions of the reducer and the drive drum. For example, the high-speed shaft coupling may be selected as MLL7-I-250, and the low-speed shaft coupling may be selected as ZL7 elastic pin-type coupling.

  Selection of Backstops and Brakes: Belt conveyors that transport materials uphill require a backstop to prevent reverse sliding, while brakes are used for rapid stopping when stopping under load, preventing material spillage or blockage. The selection of backstops and brakes needs to be matched according to parameters such as the reducer model and the outer diameter of the coupling.
