The production process of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene rollers includes the following steps:

Raw material mixing: Mix and stir 9300 ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene powder, zinc stearate, silica, calcium stearate, stearic acid, and carbon black powder in a certain proportion.

Screw Extrusion: The mixed raw materials are transported to the screw extruder, where they are heated and kept at a constant temperature, then passed through the extrusion tube into the sizing die for extrusion.

Cooling and Sizing: During extrusion, a self-cooling fan is used to cool the products inside the extruder and sizing die, allowing the pipe blank to be cooled and sized by cold air, preventing the pipe from bending or deforming.

Cutting to Length: After the extruded pipes are placed on the stacking rack, they are cut to the specified length using a cutting machine to complete the production of the finished product.

In addition, it should be noted that in the production process of the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene roller sleeve, the addition of high molecular wax has been eliminated, the barrel temperature has been reduced, and a cooling fan has been added at the mold outlet to improve tube quality, speed up production, and achieve energy saving and cost reduction goals.
