Functions

The dimensions of the idler rollers can be customized. The types of idlers include rubber idlers, steel idlers, and conical idlers, etc. Different types of idlers are used in different positions, and each part not only performs its own function but also works together to ensure a smooth and efficient conveying process.

Support function: The idler rollers are mainly responsible for supporting the conveyor belt and the materials on it, reducing the sag of the belt and ensuring smooth operation of the conveyor.

Reduce resistance: By reducing the friction between the conveyor belt and the rollers, the operating resistance of the conveyor belt is lowered, thereby saving energy.

Increase in Transport Capacity: Grooved rollers can form a groove in the conveyor belt, increasing the cross-sectional area of the belt, thereby enhancing the transport capacity.

Preventing Spillage: The trough-shaped idlers can also prevent materials from spilling from the sides of the conveyor belt, maintaining a clean and efficient conveying process.

Cushioning effect: Cushioning rollers are used to reduce the impact of materials on the conveyor belt and protect the belt from damage.

Self-aligning function: Self-aligning rollers are used to adjust the lateral position of the conveyor belt to ensure normal operation and prevent misalignment.
