Conical idler rollers for correction are generally suitable for long-distance, high-angle, or uneven material conveying lines, as well as for conveying systems that are sensitive to belt misalignment.
Conical idlers, as a special form of self-aligning idlers, have a conical structure that helps generate a restoring force when the conveyor belt deviates, prompting the belt to return to its central position. For example, on long-distance conveyor belts in open-pit coal mines, conical rollers can promptly correct belt misalignment caused by uneven terrain or uneven material distribution.
The alignment roller components in the TruCon belt roller automatic correction system also employ a similar principle, with a set of alignment rollers of the corresponding specifications placed every 50m ~ 100m to directly replace the original standard trough rollers and parallel rollers, forming an automatic correction system.
