Jan-Dec 2025 National Steel Production Statistics By Province And City

From January to December 2025, the national cumulative crude steel production was 96,081.20 million tons, a decrease of 4.40% year-on-year.

According to provincial data, Hebei had the highest cumulative crude steel production at 19,061.12 million tons, while Qinghai had the lowest at 155.29 million tons. Year-on-year, 4 provinces experienced an increase, with Qinghai showing a 11.17% increase; 22 provinces experienced a decrease, with Shaanxi showing the largest decline of 10.26%. The overall industry production is in a downward trend.
