National Coal Prices in Mid-October

 In mid-October, the prices of various types of coal across the country mainly increased. The specific price changes for each type of coal are as follows:

 The price of anthracite coal (washed medium-sized pieces, volatile matter ≤8%) is 874.0 yuan/ton, down 43.0 yuan/ton from the previous period, with a decrease of 4.7%.

 The price of ordinary mixed coal (a blend of Shanxi powder coal and lump coal, with a calorific value of 4500 kcal) is 554.9 yuan/ton, an increase of 10.9 yuan/ton from the previous period, representing a 2.0% increase.

 The price of Shanxi mixed coal (a relatively high-quality mixed coal with a calorific value of 5000 kcal) is 635.3 yuan/ton, an increase of 18.4 yuan/ton from the previous period, representing a 3.0% increase.

 The price of Shanxi Premium Blend (high-quality mixed coal, calorific value 5500 kcal) is 726.3 yuan/ton, an increase of 19.4 yuan/ton from the previous period, representing a 2.7% increase.

 Datong mixed coal (mixed coal produced in Datong, with a calorific value of 5800 kcal) is priced at 765.7 yuan/ton, an increase of 20.8 yuan/ton from the previous period, representing a 2.8% increase

 The price of coking coal (main coking coal, sulfur content <1%) is 1,490.0 yuan/ton, an increase of 11.4 yuan/ton from the previous period, with a 0.8% increase in price.

 Data shows that the price of anthracite coal started to decline in mid-October; the price of thermal coal continues to rise significantly; and the price of coking coal remains strong.

 In addition, in mid-October, the national price of coke (quasi-first-grade metallurgical coke, 12.01% ≤ ash content ≤ 13.50%) was 1,396.4 yuan/ton, an increase of 50.0 yuan/ton from the previous period, with a 3.7% increase in price.
