The structure of the belt conveyor roller group mainly includes the following types:
Trough roller group: The trough roller group is composed of multiple rollers, and the common ones are two roller groups, three roller groups and five roller groups. The more rollers there are, the larger the trough shape, the smoother the belt bending and the longer the service life. The three-roller group is the most widely used, with trough angles of 30°, 35° and 45°. The larger the trough angle, the stronger the conveying capacity, which can reduce deviation and material spillage.
Parallel roller group: The parallel roller group is mainly used to support and restrain the unloaded conveyor belt. It has a simple structure, light weight, low running resistance, good sealing and long service life.
Self-aligning roller group: The self-aligning roller group is used to correct the deviation of the conveyor belt and ensure the normal operation of the conveyor. Common self-aligning roller groups include rotary trough self-aligning roller groups, side roller forward tilting self-aligning roller groups and side rollers with conical self-aligning roller groups. These self-aligning roller groups use different mechanical principles to push the conveyor belt back to the center position to prevent deviation.
Buffer roller group: The buffer roller group is installed at the loading point of the conveyor belt to buffer the impact of the material and reduce damage to the roller bearings. Common buffer roller groups include rubber ring buffer rollers, spring plate buffer rollers and heavy-duty buffer rollers. These buffer rollers are light in weight and have small rotational inertia, which can effectively reduce the impact force of the material.
