This Year's Crude Oil Production Is Expected To Reach 0.2 Billion Tons

 The crude oil production in 2025 is expected to reach 0.2 billion tons, setting a new record During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, China's oil and gas exploration achieved significant results, with production remaining stable and increasing, propelling China's oil and gas production into a new phase of both increased volume and efficiency, as well as green development.

 During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, China has cumulatively added 0.1 billion barrels of new crude oil production capacity. Among them, marine crude oil has become an important "growth driver," accounting for more than 60% of the country's new oil production for five consecutive years.

 From the perspective of natural gas. Our country's natural gas production has achieved ten billion cubic meter-level increase for nine consecutive years, solidifying its position as the fourth largest natural gas producer in the world. It is expected that by 2025, the national natural gas production will reach 260 billion cubic meters, a 35% increase from the end of the "13th Five-Year Plan."

 During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, China added 1 new billion-ton oil fields and 1.9 new trillion-cubic-meter gas fields. The cumulative newly discovered proven geological reserves of oil have reached 7 billion tons and natural gas over 7 trillion cubic meters, which are approximately 43% and 40% higher than during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period. Currently, the national oil and gas pipeline network has reached a scale of 195,000 kilometers, and the nationwide "one network" is accelerating its formation.
