Various Installation Methods For Pulley Bearing Housings

 Bolt fastening method: The bearing housing is securely connected to the equipment foundation using bolts. During installation, ensure that the specifications and quantity of the bolts meet the design requirements, and tighten all bolts evenly to prevent the bearing housing from tilting or deforming.

 Welding fixation method: Suitable for bearing housings that need to withstand large loads or impacts. During the welding process, it is necessary to ensure that the weld quality is reliable and free from defects such as slag inclusions and porosity. After welding is completed, the weld seam needs to undergo heat treatment to eliminate welding stress.

 Embedded installation method: Suitable for situations where the equipment structure is relatively compact. During installation, the bearing housing needs to be embedded into the reserved holes in the equipment foundation, and then the gaps need to be filled with filler (such as cement or epoxy resin) to ensure the stability and load-bearing capacity of the bearing housing.

 Hanging installation method: mainly suitable for the installation of lightweight bearing housings. The bearing housing is suspended at the designated position on the equipment foundation using lifting equipment, and then secured with bolts and other fasteners.
