Baoke Bearing Housing Stamping Assembly Line

  Cold-rolled strip steel is fed into the production line by an automatic servo system, making formed by continuous stamping using a press machine. Ensures high efficiency and stability production capacity. All use imported stamping molds and imported materials.
Cold-rolled strip steel is used to maintain the inner diameter tolerance of the bearing housing at within 0.019mm, far below the national standard requirements 0.04 mm.

  By limiting the stamping speed, stamping capacity, and the amount of grease used, the reduction in sheet thickness during the rolling process is minimized to the greatest extent, ensuring that the strength requirements of the bearing housing are met. For the hot and humid working conditions, we also perform phosphating treatment on the stamped bearing housings to enhance their corrosion resistance.
