Among the many conveyor accessories, lifting lugs are an indispensable component in lifting and transportation operations.

They are the main lifting point structure, so they require excellent load-bearing capacity and stability. They are reliable because of their high-quality lugs, which are not easily deformed and have strong corrosion resistance.

Core Purpose

Bending lifting lugs are a common mechanical component, primarily used for lifting and transporting equipment. They are usually permanently installed on equipment and have a large and stable load-bearing capacity. The following are the three core uses of bending lifting lugs:

1. Overall lifting of the equipment
Bending lifting lugs are mainly used for the overall lifting of equipment. They are usually permanently installed on racks or similar structures, and come in forms such as casting, forging, or welding. These lifting lugs are non-removable and have a large and stable load-bearing capacity, making them particularly suitable for the overall lifting of equipment. For example, in a tower crane, the lifting lugs are specifically welded by the manufacturer on both sides of the center of gravity for ease of installation. They do not refer to a specific part of the tower crane but are components used for overall lifting.

2. Production, mold testing, mold release during production
In mold manufacturing, bending lifting lugs serve the purpose of production, mold testing, and mold removal during production. Therefore, the position of the lifting lugs should be at the center of gravity of the mold to facilitate balanced lifting of the mold. This means that lifting lugs not only play a role in the final installation and transportation of equipment, but also provide convenience at various stages of the production process.

3. Overall lifting of the elevator
The bending lifting lugs are also used for the overall lifting of the hoist. For example, in the case of the winch, lifting lugs are used for the overall lifting of the machine, while lifting eye bolts for the motor, reducer, etc., are used for lifting individual small parts. This indicates that bending lifting lugs play a key role in the lifting of heavy equipment such as hoists.
