The trough-shaped idler roller set is installed on the middle support of the conveyor by hanging three or five rollers together in a hinged configuration. The three-roller suspension combination is commonly used in the load-carrying section and is mainly used in mobile conveyors that handle heavy loads. Its advantages include facilitating the operation of the rubber conveyor belt, making it easy to replace the rollers, and reducing operating noise.
