Diameter specifications: Common specifications range from Φ200mm to Φ1500mm (refer to ISO1537 standard), and the specific choice depends on the belt tension Lightweight conveyors (with a belt width ≤800mm) commonly use Φ200-Φ400mm, while heavy-duty conveyors (with a belt width ≥1200mm) use Φ630-Φ1500mm.

Length specifications: Typically 100-200mm wider than the conveyor belt width. For example, when the belt width is 1000mm, the roller length needs to be ≥1100mm to ensure the belt edges do not wear out.

Wall thickness specifications: Calculated based on load strength, generally 8-20mm. For example, the DTII series standard specifies that the wall thickness of a Φ500mm drum must be ≥12mm (GB/T10595-2017)

Model Specifications: The model of a redirecting roller is typically composed of a combination of letters and numbers. Different manufacturers may use different coding rules, but the core parameters usually include the roller type identifier, diameter and bandwidth, bearing code, and surface treatment code. For example, DTⅡ108×1400-6204/C represents a reinforced reversing drum with a diameter of 108mm, a belt width of 1400mm, a 6204 bearing, and a rubber-coated surface.

Power specifications: In terms of power, there are three specifications: 60W, 40W, and 76W. Different specifications have different speeds and load capacities when in use.

Voltage specifications: In terms of voltage, there are 220V and 380V options, with 220V being further divided into single-phase and three-phase.

Surface treatment specifications: The drum surface can undergo various treatment processes, such as rubber coating. The types of rubber coating include diamond-patterned rubber surfaces and flat rubber surfaces, with friction coefficients of 0.4-0.6 and 0.3-0.4 respectively.
