Impact Roller

Impact roller is a component used in belt conveyors, mainly used to reduce the impact of material falling on the conveyor belt, thereby extending the service life of the conveyor belt. Buffer rollers are usually installed below the receiving section of the conveyor to reduce the impact force of materials on the conveyor belt, protect the conveyor belt, and reduce maintenance costs.

The impact roller is mainly composed of a roller, a bearing, and a housing. Rollers are usually made of metal materials, and bearings provide rolling support to reduce friction and vibration. The shell is used to protect the rollers and bearings, ensuring their stable operation. In addition, the roller body and sealing components of the buffer roller are made of polymer materials, which have the characteristics of corrosion resistance, self-lubricating, and no damage to the belt.

Impact rollers are widely used in corrosive environments such as mining, coal washing plants, coking plants, and chemical plants. These environments have high requirements for the corrosion resistance and service life of equipment, and buffer rollers are widely used due to their excellent corrosion resistance and long service life.
