Side roller: It is a key component of the self-aligning roller assembly, typically made of high-strength rubber or polyurethane materials, with good elasticity and wear resistance. The side rollers are installed on both sides of the stand, with their axis aligned perpendicular to the conveyor belt's direction of travel. When the conveyor belt deviates, it will come into contact with the side roller. The roller is propelled by the lateral force from the conveyor belt and rotates, while applying a counterforce to the conveyor belt to return it to its central position.

Flat roller: Similar to a standard flat roller, it is used to support the conveyor belt to maintain its shape and tension. Flat idler rollers are typically made of steel pipes with smooth surfaces to reduce friction with the conveyor belt. In the vertical roller self-aligning roller assembly, the flat roller is usually placed in the middle position, with side rollers symmetrically installed on both sides.

The roller set through its unique structural design, can effectively align the conveyor belt, ensuring the normal operation of the belt conveyor and improving production efficiency.
