Products Description

The production of belt support rollers generally uses electric-welded steel pipes.
According to the national standard "Electric Welded Steel Tubes for Belt Conveyor Rollers" (GB/T13792-1992), electric welded steel tubes must meet a series of specific requirements when used in the production of belt rollers, including specifications for dimensions, length deviation, bend limits, end surface treatment, roundness control, hydraulic testing or eddy current testing, flattening tests, and material selection.

Common Dimensions

The common dimensions of steel pipe rollers include the following aspects:

Roller diameter specifications: Common diameters include 76mm, 89mm, 108mm, etc. For 800mm wide belt conveyors, 76mm or 89mm diameter idlers are commonly used. If the load is heavier, 108mm diameter idlers may be chosen to enhance support strength.

Roller length specifications: The length of the rollers should be slightly greater than the width of the belt to ensure stable operation of the conveyor and prevent edge wear. For 800mm wide belt conveyors, the actual length of the idler rollers is typically 100-150mm greater than the belt width, so the common length is 950-1000mm.
