The TD75 belt conveyor is a universal continuous conveying equipment composed of seven major systems including drive device, rollers, idlers, tensioning device, etc. It has the characteristics of simple structure, easy maintenance, and strong universality. It is widely used in industries such as metallurgy, coal, and chemical.
The TD75 belt conveyor is a universal fixed belt conveyor series designed domestically in the 1970s. It has been widely used for a long time due to its high standardization, good interchangeability, and strong adaptability. Its structural design focuses on practicality and maintainability, making it suitable for transporting bulk materials and individual items horizontally or at an angle.
The TD75 belt conveyor is primarily composed of the following seven parts:
Driving part: consists of electric motor, high-speed coupling, reducer and reduction coupling to form a base-type driving unit; oil-cooled electric roller with power ranging from 1.5 to 13 kW can also be selected.
Rolling part: It is divided into two categories: transmission roller (driving roller) and redirect roller. The transmission roller is located at the unloading end to increase traction force.
Roller part: including various types such as trough, flat, self-aligning, and buffer rollers, used to support conveyor belts.
Cleaning part: Equipped with spring cleaner and empty section cleaner to remove residual materials and reduce wear.
Discharge part: Fixed type or electric type discharge device can be selected to achieve fixed point unloading.
Braking part: equipped with belt-type backstop or roller-type backstop to prevent reverse rotation.
Accessory part: includes cover shell, guide chute, funnel, and other auxiliary structures to enhance sealing and guiding performance.
The core advantages of the TD75 belt conveyor are its modular design, high versatility, and ease of maintenance. It is suitable for continuous material transportation tasks in various industrial scenarios. Due to its clear structure and low cost, it is widely used in small to medium-sized transportation applications.
