The tension pulley is a device used to limit belt movement and keep it stable within a set spatial range.

The tension pulley includes a left belt bracket and a right belt bracket, which are symmetrically positioned on either side of the belt. A guide wheel is rotatably connected between the left and right belt supports, and this guide wheel is cylindrical and horizontally positioned above the belt.

In addition, there are corresponding rotatable left and right rollers on the left and right belt supports, which are arranged in a vertical direction and both come into contact with the edge of the belt. This structure can completely prevent the belt from shifting, keeping it firmly within the designated space, preventing materials from slipping off the belt and avoiding belt jamming, thus ensuring the normal operation of the belt.
