The V-plough Belt Cleaner

The V-plough Belt Cleaner is designed for cleaning the non-working surface of the conveyor belt. The cleaning blade is made of top-quality, wear-resistant rubber imported from Germany.

The blade head is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and break-resistant, without damaging the belt, ensuring high safety. The parallel mechanism frame allows the cleaner to closely adhere to the conveyor belt and automatically adjusts its position based on the wear of the cleaning blade and changes in the belt position, effectively cleaning the material. The materials transported by the conveyor belt often contain sticky substances, such as coal dust, sludge, and powdered materials. Some of these substances stick to the working surface of the conveyor belt and cannot be completely removed during unloading. As the belt operates, they stick to the idlers, necessitating the installation of a cleaner at the inlet of the return section's reversing drum and tail drum.
