Composed of a cylinder body, bearing seat, transmission shaft, and coating layer. The cylinder body is mostly made of carbon steel welded or cast steel structure, and the surface is coated with polyurethane or rubber to enhance friction; The bearing adopts tapered roller bearings, which support high loads and have sealing protection.

The motor transmits power to the drum shaft through a reducer, driving the drum to rotate and conveying materials through friction with the conveyor belt. Under special working conditions (such as inclined tunnels), it is necessary to add rubber coating patterns (diamond, herringbone) or use hydraulic motors to drive to enhance driving force.

• Diameter: Select according to bandwidth and tension (commonly ranging from φ 300 to φ 1000mm), and adapt to heavy-duty conveying for larger diameters (≥ φ 800mm).
• Length: It should be greater than twice the bandwidth (e.g. length ≥ 2m for a bandwidth of 1m) to ensure that the belt fits snugly.

• Wet environment: Choose stainless steel or plastic steel material.
• High dust/explosion-proof scenarios: equipped with explosion-proof motors or labyrinth sealed bearing seats.

Provide customized processing services, support on-site installation and debugging, and design supporting bearing seats and stamped bearings to reduce maintenance costs. When turning and conveying, sufficient radius should be reserved to avoid jamming, and pallets should be added to assist in conveying soft bag packaging materials.

Suitable for coal mine conveying systems and belt conveyor drive devices, with a processing capacity of tens to hundreds of tons per hour, supporting explosion-proof electric drums (explosion-proof level meets mining standards).
