Buffer layer: A high-quality buffer strip should have a performance-oriented buffer layer. Common buffer materials include rubber and polyurethane. The ZJ series buffer strips have good elasticity and wear resistance. Their elasticity coefficient is moderate, allowing them to effectively absorb the impact force when materials fall.
Abrasion Resistant layer: The abrasion resistant layer is the part that directly contacts the material. Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) is an ideal wear-resistant layer material. Its wear resistance is several to dozens of times higher than that of standard steel, with a low coefficient of friction. It can effectively reduce the friction between materials and buffer strips, lower wear and tear, and extend the lifespan of buffer strips.
Impact resistance: Generally speaking, high-quality buffer strips can effectively absorb energy when subjected to significant impact forces without damaging or deforming their structure, ensuring normal operation in harsh material handling environments.
Abrasion resistance: High-quality cushioning strips typically use highly elastic and abrasion-resistant rubber materials. For example, Tianlihe ZJ series buffer strips, this type of rubber should have good resilience to ensure the long-term performance of the buffer strips.
Hardness: Rubber with moderate hardness can provide good cushioning effect. The hardness of Tianlihe ZJ series cushioning strips is between Shore A60-A70, ensuring sufficient wear resistance.
Aging resistance: High-quality rubber should have excellent UV resistance and chemical corrosion resistance, allowing it to be used in various harsh environments for long periods without aging or cracking.
