Factory Inspection and Water Sealing Method for Conveyor Rollers
The method for testing and sealing rollers at the factory mainly relies on standards such as MT821-2006, GB10595-2009, and GB10595-2017. The specific methods are as follows:
MT821-2006 test method: Install the weighed roller in the sealed test chamber of the equipment, aligning the water level with the center line of the roller, and ensuring that the water temperature does not exceed 40 ℃ In this situation, the drive roller was continuously operated at 1450 rpm for 24 hours while maintaining a constant water level. After the experiment, the weight was measured to calculate the water intake.
GB10595-2009 Test method: Run the roller continuously at 600 revolutions per minute for 24 hours, and check the water intake of each component.
In addition, there is also a circulating roller water immersion sealing performance test bench. It simulates the real situation of rollers running in flowing water by installing a water supply tank next to the test water tank. The water in the test water tank is pushed by the interaction between the water in the test water tank and the supply tank, as well as the force exerted by the rollers being tested on the test bench under the action of an electric motor. This allows for a more realistic reflection of the sealing performance of the rollers when immersed in water.
The above methods are used to test the sealing and waterproof performance of the roller to determine its sealing condition. During specific operations, it should be conducted according to relevant standards and the specific requirements of the test bench.
