The main causes of conveyor belt misalignment
(1) The diameters of the two ends of the drive roller or the tail roller are different;
(2) The surface of the drum or rollers has coal sludge or other attachments;
(3) The drive roller at the machine head and the tail roller are not parallel;
(4) The centerline of the drive roller and the tail roller shaft is not perpendicular to the centerline of the machine body;
(5) The idler rollers are not installed correctly;
(6) The feeding position is incorrect;
(7) The center of the drum is not on the centerline of the machine body;
(8) The conveyor belt joint is misaligned or the conveyor belt has aged and deteriorated, causing the belt to deviate to either side;
(9) The machine body is not level.
